Congratulations Dr Rachel Thompson!
The Research Excellence and Inclusion Prizes are designed to support the University of Sydney’s strategic commitment to developing excellent researchers across a variety of disciplines and relative to opportunity. The University has three categories (Thompson, Brown and Laffan).

The (aptly named) Thompson Award was received by Rachel in the category of high-performing women seeking promotion to levels D and E. Rachel is recognised as an individual with a promising research trajectory that could be accelerated with additional support, with $55,000 available to Rachel as winner!
